Pierce Aluminum Leadership

Robert (Bob) Pierce, Chief Executive Officer, Co-Owner

Bob joined Pierce Aluminum alongside his father Robert soon after graduating from the University of Colorado. Over the last 40 years, Bob has overseen the growth of the company from a small operating warehouse in Canton, Massachusetts to a state-of-the-art, 150,000-square-foot production facility and distribution center in Franklin, Massachusetts and 11 regional warehouses across the country.

Bob began as one of Pierce Aluminum’s first inside sales representatives and, on weekends, its first professional aluminum buyer. Bob continues to have daily oversight of Pierce’s vast global purchasing program and co-oversight of daily business operations.

Bob currently serves on the board of directors of UFP Technologies, the board of directors of McLean Hospital, and the board for the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation of America—New England Chapter. He is a member of the MassGeneral Hospital for Children Business Advisory Board and the board of overseers at the Marine Biological Laboratory Woods Hole, Massachusetts. Bob is a past board member of the National Association of Aluminum Distributors.

Jeffrey Pierce, President, Co-Owner

Jeff joined his brother Bob and his father Robert in 1976 as one of Pierce’s first outside sales representatives. He received his undergraduate degree from St. Lawrence University and an MBA from Babson College. Jeff has focused on driving Pierce Aluminum’s sales strategy and has seen the sales group grow from one salesperson to over 45 reps from coast to coast.

Today, Jeff has general co-oversight of all business operations and is passionately involved in day-to-day operations and sales. He has been a board member of the New England Aquarium, the Marine Biological Lab, and GICIA of Boca Grande, Fla.
